Deezy Freeman - When interviewed in October, Deezy said he had "40 songs ready". This was prior to his US tour and soon to be released music video featuring Rayven Justice 'Oh Yeah'. His debut track 'PussyJuice' made the top 10 on the German Rap Charts. The SGM Records product is focused and ready to kill the charts in 2016.

Royzy Rothschild - The Liverpool UK rapper never seems to sleep. The former video store owner now turned rapper is dropping video after video. Royzy has owned two record labels and two publishing companies. Can someone say workaholic? We can expect him not to slow down in 2016. Check out his cartoon animated music video for his track 'Duck Out Of Water'.

Dream Jefferson - Electro-hip-hop group Dream Jefferson dropped '32X' in 2015 and handful of music videos to go along with it including 'The Filth' and 'Light Therapy'. The Toronto rap duo is constantly gigging and it seems they drop a new album every year. Excited to see what they drop in 2016.

Bäsh - The Newark rapper arrived on the scene a couple of months ago with his first record, a the slow tempo track called "All The Time". A few more interesting releases later, Bäsh decides to drop his very first visual for his buzzing record. With more great music in the works, 2016 is looking bright for the 18 year old Newark, New Jersey rapper.

Dondatta Hoffa - The NJ rapper is no stranger to Jamsterdam Radio, his track 'Enlightened' topped the daily Top 10 upon release and it seems he is releasing a new track every week. The Don does not seem to be slowing down after being featured in multiple industry magazines and toted by some as the next up and comer.

Dream Jefferson is an electro-hip-hop duo hailing from Toronto, ON. Consisting of vocalist Owel Five and vocalist-producer Corboe, Dream Jefferson has released 3 critically acclaimed EPs. Their first full length album 32X pulsates with their unique blend of lo-fi electronic dance beats and battle rap swagger; songs of love, lust and loss made to pack a dance floor. The album features regular collaborators Ian Strasbourg and Tovah Fine but also enlists the help of Paul Saulnier of PS I Love You and up-and-coming Toronto-based vocalist Kira May. 32X is available for download on Bandcamp.

Dream Jefferson is a New Wave Electro-Hip Hop band from Toronto and they have hit number one this week on Jamsterdam Radio with their track "Sad Girl" from the album Manchester Blue.

With their latest release Manchester Blue, Dream Jefferson furthers their (and hip hop’s) evolution. Songs of lost love, pain and uncertainty, bleeding-heart-on-sleeve fragility is delivered with cocky confidence and rapid fire delivery over compositions of driving lo-fi electro and which 80’s new wave expand into soaring crescendos. This is a band that has not only found their stride, but has developed their strut.

It has been about 6 weeks since the Leafs were eliminated from the playoffs after their 4-3 series loss to the Boston Bruins. Its safe to say that just about every Leaf fan remaining in the Toronto area is cheering for the Bruins to knock off the Blackhawks in the Stanley Cup Final. The Bruins winning the cup is the equivalent (or as close as we'll get) to the Leafers winning the cup.

Toronto is the epicenter of hockey world wide yet the Toronto Maple Leafs rarely make the playoffs. This season being the first time the Leafs had made the playoffs in 9 years! After the Bruins defeated the Leafs in their best of 7 series 4 games to 3 the city of Toronto became a ghost town in regards to hockey talk and caring about the playoffs. Less beer was being drank at the bars, less blue in the city streets and local eateries suffered a short recession. The Leaf fans that continue to watch the Stanley Cup Playoffs find themselves cheering for the Bruins. Cheering for the Bruins has become a Leaf fans guilty pleasure.

Tune in this week as Jamsterdam attended game 4 of the Bruins and Leafs series. Game 4 was a disappointing outcome with the Leafs losing in overtime but the atmosphere was electric. Jamsterdam visits the game with a crew of characters including Dickie Crayons. Dickie does his best to try and stay awake for the entire game but of course manages to catch a nap in the middle of overtime. Keep in mind this is the same guy that took a snooze during the song "Zero" at a Smashing Pumpkins concert. Dickie is featured on Jamsterdam weekly with "Up Close and Personal" and this time he gets a little too personal. Following Dickie is Walz Rantz and The Best Of the Sound Off.
