Joni Fuller will be releasing her high-energy, indie folk/pop song 'Everybody Says So' through existing digital outlets, but the track will first be available on Aurovine, an revolutionary platform which utilises the recently launched music industry currency AudioCoin.

Aurovine allows music fans to connect and support emerging artists by listening, rating and sharing tracks, earning AudioCoins for both parties which can be exchanged for other currencies, stored in an offline wallet to earn interest or used for transactions on Aurovine and other websites.

Through revolutionary blockchain technology, Aurovine provides super transparent and fair revenue splits to the artist, songwriter and anyone with a tangible stake in the making and promotion/distribution of a record. Even fans can become an integral part of the project with an innovative crowd revenue share feature.

Just three hundred limited edition digital copies of Joni Fuller's single will be available, featuring two extra specially recorded bonus tracks. Along with an official record of support, these three hundred backers will also get a revenue share of worldwide sales.

Born in Lytham-St Annes, Lancashire, Joni Fuller's first solo performance was made at the Montreux Jazz Festival when she was just twelve years old. Since then she has honed her craft the traditional way, performing extensively in the UK, mainland Europe and North America. Known for her high energy, instrument swapping solo performances, Joni combines sublime musicianship with groundbreaking looping techniques to build a wall of sound live on stage.

Mia Pearl - 'World On Fire' (Acoustic Pop)
Friday, November 20, 2015
Oxford songstress Mia Pearl’s new song World On Fire is an eclectic mix of folk, pop and rock, filled with acoustic and bass guitars and happy go lucky percussion. Mia's lyrics take the listener on a trip and her husky delicate voice. The song is all about the "feel good" factor with Mia's lyrics telling us to "break free" and "cut the chains". The imagery evokes pictures of innocence, children chasing butterflies and trips into the countryside where anything can happen. Mia’s song can feel like an anti-dote to the grit and grime of everyday life, with her inviting us to mosey into the wild. Wild at heart, Mia Pearl is one to watch and has been described as a “hidden gem” in the acoustic scene in Oxford.

Mia is Pearl is a duo between sultry songstress Mia Pearl and quick fingered guitarist Matt Oultram. Mia Pearl’s songs weave in between acoustic, rock, and indie, citing eclectic influences from Fleetwood Mac, 90s Britpop and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Mia’s vocals are delicate and husky tones, sliding from the soft to the soulful in their tracks. Described by pop sensation Nizlopi as “a hidden gem”. Mia Pearl have been breaking out on the Oxford and London acoustic scene and are in the process of writing their first album.

Tune in to hear Mia during The New Music Show airing daily at 8am and 8pm EST.

Calming River - 'The Actress Pt. II'
Wednesday, September 2, 2015
Calming River is the stage name of British songwriter Joshua Brain.

Delicate and tender, his alternative-acoustic songs shine a melancholic light within a dark and brooding atmosphere. Intricate fingerpicking, numerous tunings and reflective, somber lyrics generate an intimate and beautiful aesthetic, complemented by the harrowing violin of DJ Alvaro Takt (Cassetta Records).

In 2014 Brain released his seven track debut ‘Afflict and Redeem’. To date the EP has caught the attention of numerous radio stations, fanzines and reviewers. Now living in Denmark, the release of Joshua Brain's debut has coincided with numerous shows in country's two biggest cities —Copenhagen and Aarhus. In Autumn 2015, after a summer of live performances, Calming River releases a new four track EP, titled ‘The Ones That We Left Behind’. The record, which was recorded and produced in Aarhus, sees the artist continue his collaboration with DJ and violinst Alvaro Takt.

'The Actress Pt. II' and 'Art Of Wine' can be heard during The #NewMusic Show. 'Art of Wine' debuts at #8 on the Top 10.

Damien J Brennan - 'Shine'
Thursday, August 6, 2015
Damien J Brennan was born and raised in County Down, Northern Ireland. He learned to play the guitar and began busking whilst backpacking through Italy and Australia. Shortly after his return home he began songwriting and on a limited budget recorded some garage demos. These initial recordings received positive feedback and a glowing review from critically acclaimed mastering engineer Pete Maher (U2, Snow Patrol, Katy Perry, Hudson Taylor).

Damien recorded his first professional tracks in Zero Hour Studios and these songs led to gigs locally and in London. They were also picked up for radio play on Tom Robinson's BBC Radio 6 show and Baylen Leonard and Aaron Philips on Amazing Radio, together with a number of regional UK stations. Tony Moore of Soho Radio invited Damien to sing live on his show and to appear live at London's Bedford this August.

The future is looking very promising for this up and coming Irish talent. Damien's lead track 'Shine' has been featured in the Jamsterdam Radio Top 10 and can be heard on 'The New Music Show' airing at 8am/8pm Toronto time on Jamsterdam Radio.
