Unless you have been living under a rock or outside of the Toronto area then you can recall the floods that crushed the city this summer causing mass power outages across the Greater Toronto Area. My condo specifically was affected by the flooding. After hours of impatiently stranded inside of my condo the water finally submerged but the damage had been done. The floors were flooded, furniture ruined, but MacBook salvaged. At the end of the day i was just thankful that it was only a flood and not the zombie apocalypse.
