Toronto-based rapper Flex The Antihero may be best known as being one half of T Dot twosome The Antiheroes (Modern Day Riot, This Is FreeDUMB). But this year, Flex is pushing his boundaries and going it alone with his debut solo LP SALEM, a 12 track passion project that marks an evolution for the rising artist.

Growing up in suburban Ajax, Ontario—where music was the link to a world beyond the mundane—Flex is an aficionado of almost all musical genres. With influences ranging from Nine Inch Nails, to Rage Against the Machine, to Kanye, his philosophy is to indulge in diverse offerings, never closing the door on potential sources of inspiration. With such eclectic taste and little adversity to risk, there's no telling which direction Flex will go in next.
