"I really never thought of myself as unique. I'm just another soulja in the battle to inspire positivity to others." - Professor B. Check out our exclusive interview with the reggae rocker.
As a child, Mae's family moved around Halifax, Nova Scotia switching from school to school while she learned to write songs. But instead of pursuing a career in music, she briefly dabbled in construction management out of high school. Before long, she would return to music, playing in bars and clubs and steadily growing a fan base.
The single "Clothes Off" was released in 2015 and has received positive reviews. It is her first release with Sony Music Canada. The track is produced by Juno Award-winning hip-hop producer Classified, who Mae chose after hearing his work with David Myles and Chad Hatcher. - Wikipedia
Tune in Sunday, September 16th at 5pm ET to catch clips from Jamsterdam's East Coast excursions. The journey began in the Bay of Fundy, home of the highest tides in the world and likely the most cemeteries per capita. Seriously, you could not 5 kilometres without seeing a graveyard. After a few quiet days of camping in New Brunswick, we eventually made our way to the lovely town of Tignish, Prince Edward Island. Tignish is well-known for its moonshine shooters and tire squealing.
Be sure to tune in to catch interviews with some of the funniest east coasters around and avid ghost hunters. Repeats of East Coast Travels can be heard on Monday (Sept 17) and Wednesday (Sept 19) at 6:30pm Eastern standard time which would mean 7:30pm to those on the East Coast.
